Learn all the basics of Emotional Freedom Techniques in this entry level course including the basic Set-up, Sequence and specific wording to achieve relief from emotional and physical issues.
- Learn that everything is comprised of energy and why this system is so effective.
- Realize that the source of all negative thoughts, feelings, beliefs and pain can be a blockage in the energy system.
- Learn that by using a technique similar to acupuncture (without needles) one can work out blockages and change those negative aspects of yourself.
- Learn contact points, specific word phrases for different types of issues and physical ailments.
- Learn how to determine your own SUDS (Subjective Units of Distress Scale) and those of others and what to do with them.
